(315) The Same Asylum As Before

This is a fourteen second handheld exposure, taken while waiting to cross Waterloo Place at the east end of Princes Street. I happened to be listening to a Steven Wilson track while sorting through the photos from today and the track name seemed appropriate for the picture. Extra shot is from a staircase in the National Museum of Scotland, but was I looking up or down?
