11-11 Hooligan Fishing

On the 11th of November each year the hooligans should start to run up the Nooksack river after the big rains... With the dip net out and things are good you fill a 5 gallon bucket with hooligans (small fish,, smelt) in just a couple dips of the net... After 3 hours we had caught 1 little hooligan :)   Better luck in a couple days when the tides are better...
