Didg’ing in the Salmon

We’re having Salmon and Chilli Cabbage tonight! The sisters are cooking up a storm.

Like the Scots ‘Pipe in the Haggis’, it is the custom in Australia to welcome the Salmon by playing the Didgeridoo.

Most houses keep at least one mini- didgeridoo for this purpose. The responsibility falls to the host.
