Cuban Ready Meals

Day three of my visit to Havana and today I interviewed Tanja Buwalda an Irish women who lives in Havana and writes the Cuban Food Blog.

One of the markets Tanya took me to see was the Diplomat Market where early signs of capitalism can be witnessed. Those packs of prepared vegetables are kind of ready meal packs for busy Cuband who don't have time to shop for and prepare meals but can afford to buy something prepared for themselves.
