TiPS2021 :: Dr Who..?

PC Dixon was baffled, which wasn't unusual. The Police Box had appeared from nowhere smashing the vicar's garden fence in the process. 

He had heard mutterings and a bit of a commotion from within. He thought he heard a voice say they were a Doctor but they couldn't come out because they were changing. He wasn't quite sure why his police coat had change from the regulation dark blue either, he had no idea how he was going to explain all this to the sergeant. 

... and another thing, if those carols singers sang Rudolf the Red Nose Reindeer just one more time he'd arrest the lot of them...
