Birsay Bay

I’m seeing stars as I have been in Kirkwall to arrange an overdraft without an undercurrent. 
My keeper took me for a day in Birsay today so we felt obliged to go into the tea room.  We then walked round to the Brough and it’s the first time we’ve not seen a vehicle there for many years. 
Anyone who reads the Tatler will know that tonight is the parish whisky night.  The boys will be round for an update.  Apparently a Glendronach flight will be called for, a cheeky young Raasay, a ‘mystery malt etc etc.  As they say in Skene someone has to dhu it.


I bought the Current Mrs Creel’s Christmas pressie today in Stromness.  It is the book ‘How to pamper your Man’.


I also bought myself a large tub of arnica.
