The London Eye

Yesterday I saw the London Eye as I walked back from the field of Remembrance  at Westminster Abbey to Waterloo. I presume it was lit up red for Remembrance day? I haven’t seen it in the dark for at least 18 months! The old County Hall alongside had a changing display of light colours but I preferred the rainbow effect.
I was told something about the Eye that I didn’t know….there are 32 capsules, one to represent each of the 32 London Boroughs. However they are numbered 1-33 , with no No 13.
