near Loevestein Castle, Zaltbommel, Gelderland

Originally posted a blipshot of Loevestein Castle but was not wholly satisfied with it. On the other hand, the area around the castle was so peaceful and uncomplicated that I actually forgot that I went there to shoot the castle. Still a bit on the cold side, that is true. It even started to snow while I was busy parking. Happily, that didn't last long. I also appreciated the fact that there was very little wind, so I didn't really need a thick coat. Well, we're all doing our best to 'see' what little there is of spring at the moment.
