To look a lot like Christmas. Christmas cactus flowering already :)

Usual day - dog walk, Caleb school, work, visit, lunch, finish late :)

Lunchtime followed up with the telephone saga:
Apologised that the engineer didn’t visit yesterday, No notes written to advise caller. Established that the complaint I registered this week has been closed! Raised another complaint! Advised that I need to call again on Wednesday next week, to book an appointment for an engineer to fix (probably the week following). This is never ending …..! {steam out of ears}
