Persistence is the Key!

Another full morning here for me in the stitching cave, sorting fabrics, tidying shelf after shelf, drawer after drawer, coming  across things I'd long since forgotten I'd stored away! 
Amongst them this little stitchery...finished but not made into anything useful , so I'll fix that in the next day or two.
The extra is my son David , who was out fishing before  breakfast in The Bay of Many Coves in the Marlborough Sounds. He and J and their 3 lovely sons are up at their bach  (holiday house) for their long Canterbury weekend. A remote piece of paradise which is only accessible by boat. Early success and gurnard for dinner for them tonight!
