Happy parkrunday...
This morning my son's running club did a tourist parkrun to go a bit further than they usually do...
Lota parkrun was our destination, 40+ minute minimum drive for some...
The group loves training together but they also like to socialise together, either just the runners and sometimes it's bring the whole family, today they did a sit down breakfast at a nearby cafe across the road from the water...
20 members ran the 5km course and my son Ruben was the only person who had run the course before, in total 76 people completed the course of which Ruben was 1st finisher...
