It's Flower Friday!

Featured today are roses bought by Daughter #1 as I had not got round to buying any this week.  The colour does seem to suit Autumn shades and in the background you can see our neighbour's magnolia tree with just a few autumnal leaves left now.
This evening we went out to a Turkish restaurant, invited by Mr MC's brother and our sister -in-law.  We did have such  a lovely evening, with great food and for my sister-in-law and I, three cocktails each!  It must be over two years since  I last had a cocktail...
