Tranquility!!

Nothing beats an early morning swim to wake you up and today the weather and water conditions were stunning.

A wonderful chill in the autumn air and a definitive coolness in the water added to the whole occasion.

James headed off for a gentle swim, while Bev and myself headed over to the otherside. Eventually it was time to get out (probably when Bev told me that my lips were turning blue!!) but once warm and dry we spent a good while just relaxing, chatting and enjoying the surroundings!
