Met a couple...

of fellow photographers on the shoreline at Greenan today. They were there for the same reason as me and Mrs F, you guessed it another sunset.

I know, its getting to be a habit. Don't worry as the lighter nights come in I'll try and find some more varied material.

The story of the two photographers, when we asked where they came from they said Aberdeen. Bit of a drive for a sunset I thought but they told us that they came to Ayr early this morning for a Flickr meet with some fellow Flickrites.

They said that they were staying the night and heading North again tomorrow.

We had a wee chat and exchanged views on cameras and photography. Also had a chat about the fact that they used Canon and we used Nikon. Think we discovered how the path to Canon or Nikon is chosen.

She had small hands and the Cannon grip was smaller than the Nikon, on the flip side I have huge hands so conversely the Nikon was a better fit for me.

Anyway, liked this shot with the sun directly behind the guy. As ever big is best.
