Autumn ride

A lovely circuit from Clappersgate with the Lake District showing off its autumn colours in the sunshine.  This is the road from Little Langdale up to Blea Tarn, which I took very steadily because of the incline and road conditions. The extra was taken at the top of the pass, where we had our coffee from the flask and watched a couple of youngsters whizz up the steep side from Great Langdale - you may just be able to pick out their arms stretched across the top of the gate as they relaxed and got their breath back.
