Neven Maguire Again....!!!

You probably know by now that I have a particular liking for ( in my opinion) our best Irish Chef....!
This is from his Christmas Recipe Book (my extra photo)....he wrote the inscription for me after a great chat at a Christmas cookery demo he was giving...I can’t recommend his recipes highly enough....and this is the recipe for his ‘Aunty Maureen’s Christmas Pudding’ which I’ve just ‘stirred up’...the only thing I changed was the stout to ale for a slightly paler end result..
My kitchen is beginning to smell ‘a lot like Christmas ‘........!!!?
