Ferocious Underwater Mammal Experience 

My greatest fear when diving at the end of the West Pier is that one day I will land on top of the big bull seal and that he will not take this sudden aquatic intrusion too kindly. 
Thankfully this has never arrived.
Today I realised that my greatest fear was actually a second greatest fear. 
Today I glimpsed an aquatic mammal so ferocious, so fast, so big, so territorial, that I decided to give my Saturday afternoon swim a miss.
