Going on a deer drive

Headed north to the woods today. We were trying to herd some deer out of an area that is being planted with new trees. The deer however were not cooperating!! Every time we thought they’d move toward the gates, they’d stampede in a different direction. We gave up after a few hours but it was good fun and a cracking day to be on the glorious hills of Scotland! Blip is a Daisy who very much enjoyed fleeing around the heather-clad hills - not so keen on the bath afterwards though!

Loads of extras as scenery looked great today.- pics include cobwebs glinting in the sunshine, me reflected in a pool of water, gneiss rock, and if you look closely on one shot you can see the herd of deer moving along from West to east!
