Sun and Moon

A wonderful fair weather Lakeland day.
After a false start, up the scree by the BishopStone at Thornthwaite - bonkers in hindsight - we gave up!
Rebooted and headed out midday from Whinlatter visitors centre to Whinlatter top (Brown How) and from there to Broom Fell and along the ridge route to Lords Seat, late in the afternoon the sun setting the hills aglow on the one side whilst the moon rose on the other - in extras - so, so lovely
Another 3 Wainwrights ticked off. 47 still to do
