Golden 1.0

I’ve been gazing out at this beautiful tree in my back garden in the last few days. For some reason it seems a lot more vibrant this year than previous years. A friend came over for tea and cakes this afternoon, and we sat outside with fur-covered hot water bottles and with sheepskin rugs in our chairs. We both think that the trees are turning late this year and we both love it.

I’ve spent time with 3 different neighbours today. A very social day and I’m feeling good although still a little tired. I’m enjoying the forced chillaxing weekend.
