A nicely posed image I think. I find it fascinating how people always form up in a line next to each other when asked to pose for a photo. It makes for such a dull shot.

Move them apart, and bring some forward and push some back, and suddenly you've got some depth and interest.

Then all you have to do is get people to stand angled off to the camera and the picture just looks way better (he said modestly). :-)
