Vegan bake

At work we are doing our own bake off, following the themes of the tv programme. This week therefore is vegan / free from week and so I have made these cardamom and orange cakes to take to work.

More baking this afternoon with my daughter as practice for her cooking at school this week. She is making millionaires shortbread.

It went very well and it’s been a fun afternoon in the kitchen.
