Birb Day
Another explorey day today, although this was a walk-out-of-the-door explore. I've been meaning to check out the RSPB wetlands at Baron's Haugh for some time and today was the day. Saw loads of birds, kestrel, buzzard, herons, whooper swans, cormorants and this rotund fella in the trees along with a really cute goldcrest which didn't care about what we were doing, but wouldn't cooperate with finding a good spot to be blipped in. Pete saw a kingfisher too, but I missed it as I was too busy blipping the cormorant. Bullfinches are a pretty magnificent subject to blip.
