Another sunrise.

Up and out before auntie and H were awake as planned, a very pleasant 10 miles with plenty of wildlife around. A stoat brazenly stood up and watched me jog past him/her.
Curlews calling on the mudflats in the stillness of a low tide is magical, there were also plovers and redshank in good numbers busy feeding on rich pickings.
H set out for a jog around the commons whilst I supervised breakfast and medication for auntie.
Struggling to get to grips with some of the new tablets the confusion and some anxiety issues resurfaced. From then on we were back to square one and a fall in the bedroom was fortunately broken by soft bedding and just minor grazing.
999 and back into hospital for the third time in as many days.
I do hope that they can get to the bottom of the issue soon.
