Across the river

What a beautiful sunny and warm day it has been, certainly warm for November.  We took a morning walk to the beach with our grandson where several people were swimming others paddle boarding and an even larger number of people queuing for fresh fish from the fishermen. 

It was then getting ready for lunch at a favourite pub in Exton.  Our daughter had various items including play dough to keep our grandson amused which worked very well.  Unfortunately he wasn't interested in any food when it arrived and just managed some fruit when we realised nothing would be consumed.  He had missed his afternoon nap so his routine was upset. He did managed a short play in the playground opposite before falling asleep in the car back home.  Before heading back home I took this quick blip across the river Exe.  A lovely meal and afternoon.
