A lie in.
A planned 8km run, actually a 5km run with a minutes silence in the middle and a 3km walk.
My back felt sore again so I've decided I'm not going to do the 10km next week.
I hate not doing things I've said I'll do but I feel good about this decision.

Navigated an online portal. Fingers crossed.
Cleaning, hoovering, ironing.
