I love a castle !!

Lincoln … built in the 11th century by Willy the conqueror.
Houses one of only 4 copies of the Magna Carta.. we actually listened to quite a bit and I have retained the info but I can’t be bothered to type it out so you’ll have to go and look or just google it .
Tits McGee and I were just going to drive straight home from Skegness this morning but we decided on a whim to tour the Cathedral and the castle in Lincoln and we jolly well did that … ended up staying 5 hours , it was fabulous.
Look at that stone … it’s been there since the 11th century.. how amazing is that .
Ohhhhhh there is also a Victorian prison inside the walls where we behaved badly and did mock up films of us in prison . That was nice .
