Texan state capitol
I’m in Austin, Texas for a few days for a work conference.
It’s very strange, exhilarating and a little bit scary to be travelling again but I’ve definitely missed it!
I visited a museum this morning then went to a Mexican restaurant, Gabrielas, for lunch which was very tasty.
It’s very hot in the day and a shock to the system after the wet muggy November in Britain.
This is the state capitol which is made from a pink tainted stone but otherwise is very similar to the US Capitol building in Washington. My daughter would like the pink.
