I've seen this clever slogan all over the place, as I'm sure everyone has. I naively thought it came from the indelible marker of a witty placard-maker and had migrated to more mainstream places such as this so I was surprised when I looked it up to discover that it was coined by Richard Virgin-Atlantic/Galactic Branson. He who in 2006 made a much-praised commitment of $3 billion towards addressing global warming over the course of the following decade. 

It seems that didn't happen. There's a surprise.
