A Sad Reminder Of The World We Live In......

....greeted many of us as we arrived to begin our morning at FBC Pflugerville.  Our church building had been broken into through a window that was shattered in our choir complex, the equipment for the live feed had been unplugged and the Operation Christmas Child boxes in the worship center that had been so lovingly packed to help take the good news about Jesus had been ransacked and scattered.  We were saddened, but not deterred from our worship and praise of our God who has the whole situation under control.  After lifting our hearts, hands and spirits to God, the source of all wisdom and comfort, Pastor Wes encouraged us with another sermon in his series in Philippians, telling us what it means to live out our Heavenly citizenship worthy of the gospel of Christ in this fallen world.....You really should go watch it when you need some encouragement......
