Spring's around the corner
Saturday
Finally, a real Spring-like day - under blue skies and sunshine the temperature topped out at around 60F (around 15C). After rehearsal at church this morning for the Chancel Bells, choir, brass quartet and piano/organ, Roger and I went out this afternoon to enjoy the sunshine, walking at Rowe Woods. The slopes are beginning to green up, the banks of daffodils are beginning to come out and even the turtles thought it was Spring - they had emerged from their winter in the mud at the bottom of the ponds, and were sunning themselves on submerged logs. Unfortunately, our Easter Sunday is supposed to be wet, and Monday will be much colder, but it won't stay cold for long. I think Spring is on its way! Have a Blessed and joyous Easter everyone!
