Late Night Fuzz

The fuzziness of this picture represents the fuzziness of my head at this point. We were on our way to another watering hole and went past the building site at Potterrow. They had these funny different coloured lights in the little corridor bit and I didn't remember them being there last time. (Perhaps it was just coloured acetate over the original lights... it's all a little hazy now...)

There were also strange peep-hole bits along the wooden hoardings, they looked like little magnifying holes. Anyone know what they are or what they're for?
