(Anyone else have problems getting on to blip tonight??)

Had a lovely day with my sister, we played squash, and spent a few hours shopping in town, can't remember the last time we did that! Nice!



*About a month ago i said i was going to kick start my diet... It didn't really happen until last sunday really, and after a week of eating better food, and moving around a lot more... i'm 6lbs lighter! will see how long i can keep this up! lol!
