Goodnight Good Friday

Banff was a gong show today from dancing Bachelors in the street to ladies carrying small dogs, people were out in force. I got a funny picture of a dog barking out the window at a man dancing in nothing but gold undies (pants) (briefs) PANTS. Not trousers. With, a ghetto blaster. I chose this to show how it only takes a few steps to get away from the chaos here.

This shot was taken up at the gym where it was quiet. The route up was scattered with Elk which is also a sign of no people. The masses stick to the Avenue only and I am OK with that!! Good little session in the gym and I just munched down a nice rice salad with black bean, avocado, egg, blueberry and tiny bit of cheese. Sounds weird, but it was delicious!

Continuing to not think about ear thing and seems to be helping. : )its there but Im pretty sure swimming today helped?! Probably just well being. 16miles tomorrow after work which will be pretty crazy. If I manage that then im still on track!
