Surprise surprise!

Mid-November, and the time year when we are surprised by a stranger peering in through our first-floor windows! It's only one of the volunteers putting up the town's festive lights - by mid-afternoon they were all in place and lit up.

Later MrM drove us down through Alnwick for a meal with M and some of her musical friends. Let's just say it was an 'interesting' evening!
