Lazy Sunday...

Backblipped 15.11.21

We all emerged bright eyed and bushy tailed this morning.  

We had hoped our friend Heather would join us for brunch but she was feeling rotten after her booster jab yesterday so didn't make it.  Dorothy's husband Peter did manage to join us though so it was lovely to see him. 

 It's their Ruby wedding anniversary today so he'd come over from the Isle of Bute and after brunch he and Dorothy were heading off to The PineTrees hotel in Pitlochry for a few days.  Lovely :D 

Once everyone had gone it was time to put my feet up and relax.  David headed off to the driving range for a while and I crocheted more of Faith's blanket.  I was determined to get it finished.  And I did.  My blip is a little sneak preview but I will photograph it properly tomorrow (hahaha...guess what tomorrow's blip will be?! ) as the colours aren't quite right under the artificial light.

Now to get Anna's blanket completed and get then posted off in time for Christmas.  I've just realised they will probably cost a fortune to post as they're quite weighty!
