Later on I discovered what is eating my bird worms I put out - guess what - a squirrel, what a cheeky one.  It mocked me from the fence when I glanced out of the window from my office upstairs...

Big surprise today - a card through the door promotes 'you're a star' - from the Chief Exec and my team's Director, and a £120 voucher online through our discounts company :)  What I've done to deserve that I don't know - but I'm not sure everyone gets one...
