Purple Sandpiper - 87

I went to Hilbre Island today where there was plenty of bird activity although the weather wasn't brilliant. I went for the purple sandpiper photo because I wanted to show how well it blended in with the surroundings. This is heavily cropped and I struggled to find it in the original photo. I also saw a large flock of Brent geese, which is a first for the year, and I've included them as an extra.
