Reunited

Today it was rather lovely, and very comforting to be reunited with both my sisters. My little sister, I hadn't seen since before the pandemic began, which must be a record by quite a long way.

Travelling to London on the train was a little odd in terms of face masks and busyness, but not too bad. Newcastle and Euston were particularly bustly.

Being at the fireworks was a treat, as I rarely get out in the evening at the moment. There was quite a buzz. I don't think I have been to a bonfire night in a very, very long time. The veggie chilli baked potatoes back at the house were a real treat. I had forgotten how well they go together.
