Her eyes are talking!

We had the boiler serviced today. All good for an old appliance!

We also had our house valued today by Cubitt and West. They were really nice. Its worth nearly £200 000 more than we paid for it 10 years ago. Not quite enough for a new build or a house iv seen on Right move but enough to be able to afford a 3 bedroom house or a do-er-up-er that I would enjoy.

I then met Ally with Willow, another cockerpoo. Bellas Bestie. We havnt seen each other for a while. The girls had a lovely reunion and a great walk, except Bella barked at any dog that came near us. I think she was trying to protect her Bestie. Embarrassing though.

After we said our goodbyes, Bella kept whining and wanting to go back to Willow. It was quite sweet but also quite annoying!! Here she is trying to tell me to go back to Willow!!
