The old mango tree

Am up visiting my mum at the family farm for Easter . The afternoon sun is shining on one of the old mango trees in the yard. We used to have cubbies and swings in that tree, and water fights and BBQs under it in summer. Now it just has all old leaves mounded up under it- a real haven for snakes! 50 years has gone in a blur!
