One of Cheltenham’s Park

Today’s fog rolled down from the Cotswold escarpment and washed up with the Severn bore.

I took this photo in Pitville Park on an early morning trip into town.

Later we returned, after the fog lifted, to have our Covid boosters. The organisation was faultless and took place at Cheltenham’s East Fire Station. There was a sign as we went in telling us that the U.K. terrorist Threat Level was “substantial”. Following an explosion in Liverpool yesterday, we heard on the radio, as we drove home, that the threat level had been increased to “severe”.

Our journey home took us via Gloucester to carry out a minor errand. We were home while it was still light.
