A lie for one dog this morning! After his breakfast he has a sleep and doesn’t bother to get out of his bed until Andy has showered and is ready to take him out.

Meanwhile I was at the computer and grateful for having had a weekend to catch up on some jobs in the garden preparing it for winter and practicing some of the techniques I learned on the deep tissue massage course I attended the previous Saturday. I also baked and, of course, dog walked.
