Sorry......

.....but this is what took up most of my day!
I was given a pig's head and not being one to waste anything I had to learn how to cook it! So it's going to be Brawn for Easter - I suppose I could try making it into egg shapes!
I have also prepared the Country Pheasant Casserole so Ionly have to make the veggie option and the pudding tomorrow.
