We had an early start, as today’s the day I drop A at work as N’s not here so we have to sort Paisley out first and I had to get back and walk down at Holyrood by 8.45, but she wanted to be in early anyway so that she could do some sorting and prep work. Good to have the walks around the city on a beautiful sunny day and we got through the interview (lots of tales of international derring do that kept us entertained) in a way that we all felt did the job. Liked the view out of this room, with its fantastical plastered ceiling, up the Royal Mile.
Into the office for a meeting with L then dashed home before the next one to let Paisley out in the garden briefly, then an afternoon of online meetings virtually back to back. A stayed late, but when she finally got out we had the leftovers of our curry then settled down to the final episode of Showtrial (very good) before early bed…we’re both shattered!
Good thing is, no apparent after effects of my jab yesterday.
