ma come piove! (my, how it's raining!)

still walking around in Venice - still in awe, still fasinated after all these years and... its still raining. so much so that last night the sirens went off (eerie in itself) to warn of high tide and then it was followed by not one, not two but three warning tones (making me think we were in a george orwell time warp) to indicate the level it would rise to (the highest it usually warns is 4 tones).

I didn't get to show the hub our ancestral home this time as the rain has soaked us to the bones so we have decided to go to Milano earlier to see my grandparents.
