Grey day

Our first shopping day in Newcastle since the plague hit in March 2020.  Quite a few things have changed, or I should say disappeared.  It was to be expected I suppose, only the fittest have survived.  Many new additions, two new KFC's as I recall and a number of cafes too.  Debenhams has gone, Top Shop, Thomas Sabo,  as have two Italian eateries, Jamies and Carluccios (won't be missed), Cafe Rouge, Hei, Hei (will be missed) and a ChinaWorld diner.  Nina's Indian in Grey Street gone forever, I stopped going as I could never eat my food from fits of laughter as the lady owner broke wind every time she took a step.  Even my favourite bus service the Q1 from the Quayside seems to be missing!  Been a funny day.
