Had a dentist appointment in Silloth this morning, so afterwards drove along the coast, stopping off a couple of times for a walk with Misty on the beach.  Our second stop was just outside Allonby when I spotted lots of kite surfers.  Spent ages watching them.  Not the best quality shot, but wanted to capture someone leaping out of the water.
