Monitoring

I’m allergic to blue lights of a certain frequency so using this blood pressure monitor is a real annoyance. I have to turn it face down whilst it’s doing the reading and look at it very briefly or I get a headache. I’d been feeling a bit ropey with a sinus type headache and my blood pressure was all over the place, 24 hours later it is starting to move back in the right direction
