Fish

Took Mother to her favourite fishmonger. She bought plaice dabs and sardines and cooked us the plaice for tea. The selection of fish was amazing, I can see why she goes there. There was one guy whose job was to do filletting while the others served the customers. He filleted the plaice and the sardines in a flash.
Apparently the fish sellers on the beach who claim they are selling "Fish off the boat" get their fish from here. Of course it comes off the boat, where else does it come from.
